These terms govern the services provided by Resiclean ("Resiclean", "we", "us"), operated by Dillon Monson, 4669 S Landing Dr, Marietta, GA 30066, phone (770) 846-5651, and your use of resicleanga.com. By booking a service you accept these terms.

Services

Resiclean provides window cleaning (residential, commercial and post-construction), hard water stain removal, screen, track and sill cleaning, skylight and sunroom cleaning, recurring maintenance plans, pressure washing, house washing, driveway and concrete cleaning, deck and patio cleaning, gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation in Marietta, GA and surrounding areas, as described on this website. Service descriptions are general; the scope of your specific job is what is agreed in your estimate.

Estimates

Estimates are free and are based on the information and access available when given. If site conditions differ materially from what was described or visible (for example, additional panes, storm windows, construction residue or access problems not disclosed), we will discuss any change with you before doing additional work. No work beyond the agreed scope is performed without your approval.

Scheduling & cancellations

Appointments are scheduled within our opening hours, 7 AM–8 PM, seven days a week. Please give reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel. Weather can make ladder, roof-adjacent and washing work unsafe or ineffective; we may reschedule weather-affected appointments and will contact you to rebook. You agree to provide reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, including water and, for interior work, an adult present where required.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card and Zelle. Promotions (including any first-cleaning discount advertised on this site) apply as stated at booking and cannot be combined unless we agree otherwise.

Satisfaction guarantee

Resiclean offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you're not completely satisfied with an item of work, tell us promptly and we'll make it right for that item. This guarantee covers the quality of the cleaning performed; it does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining or etching, failed seals or fogged units, or conditions we identified in writing before work began as unlikely to improve.

Property & liability

We take reasonable care to protect your property during our work. Please tell us in advance about fragile items, damaged or loose fixtures, and areas of concern. To the extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Dillon Monson describes Resiclean as licensed and insured on its public profiles; certificates are available on request.

Hard water and condition results

Cleaning results depend on the condition of the surface. Mineral deposits that have etched into glass, permanent stains, oxidation and similar conditions may not fully reverse; where we identify this risk we will test an area and advise you before proceeding.
